NEEPCO Recruitment Details

1. Executive (ERP)

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,66,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering from a recognized university. Mandatory SAP certification in HCM module (SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors Employee Central). Additional qualifications in HR/Personnel Management (MBA/PG Diploma) are advantageous.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation, support, or rollout, covering PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.

Age: 37 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

2. Executive (HR) (Corporate Communication)

No of Posts: 01 Post

Salary: Rs. 1,66,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with a 2-year full-time PG Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism recognized by the Government of India.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in managing public relations/ corporate communication function, media planning, content creation, branding, and knowledge management systems, etc.

Age: 37 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

3. Executive (Civil) – Grade 5

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,66,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience: 7 years of post-qualification experience in planning, survey & investigation, or civil construction works for Hydropower/PSP projects. Knowledge of CEA Guidelines for DPR preparation is mandatory along with SAP (S/4 HANA) proficiency, etc.

Age: 37 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

4. Executive (Civil) – Grade 4

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,45,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience: 4 years of post-qualification experience in Hydropower/PSP projects, preferably in survey, investigation, and DPR preparation, etc. SAP (S/4 HANA) proficiency is required.

Age: 34 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

5. Executive (Civil) – Grade 1

No of Posts: 03 Posts

Salary: Rs. 71,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree or a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience: 1 year of post-qualification experience for Degree holders, or 5 years for Diploma holders in Survey & Investigation works of hydropower/PSP projects. SAP (S/4 HANA) proficiency is mandatory.

Age: 30 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

6. Executive (Security)

No of Posts: 04 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,45,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline recognized by the Government of India.

Experience: Minimum 9 years of security system experience in the Armed Forces (Rank of Captain / Major / Lieutenant Colonel) or Central/State Police Organizations (Rank of DSP / SP or equivalent).

Age: 34 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

7. Executive (Law)

No of Posts: 01 Post

Salary: Rs. 1,45,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized Indian University or Institute.

Experience: 6 years of practice as an Advocate/Judicial Service, or within a CPSU representing legal matters. Alternatively, 9 years of experience in the next lower grade in a CPSU/Central/State Government department.

Age: 34 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

8. Executive (Safety)

No of Posts: 02 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,45,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety. Alternatively, an Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety recognized under the Factories Act/Rules.

Experience: Minimum 04 years working experience in compliance with safety regulations under the Factories Act. Developing, auditing and improving safety systems. Promotion of safety consciousness amongst employees and examination of machinery, equipment and building from the safety angle. Experience in organizing safety training and firefighting

Age: 34 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

9. Executive (Finance)

No of Posts: 06 Posts

Salary: Rs. 1,45,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with CA/CMA, or a full-time MBA/equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance (minimum 2 years duration) recognized by the Government of India.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant financial domain.

Age: 34 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

10. Executive (Finance) – Grade 2

No of Posts: 06 Posts

Salary: Rs. 90,000/- consolidated.

Educational Qualification: Graduate with CA/CMA, or a full-time MBA/equivalent degree with a specialization in Finance (minimum 2 years duration) recognized by the Government of India.

Experience: No separate post-qualification experience duration is specified.

Age: 30 years as on 01-01-2026.

 

11. Executive (Medical)

Educational Qualification: MBBS degree, preferably with a post Graduate Degree or Diploma in any branch of Medical Science, registered with the Indian Medical Council.

Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in a large industry or reputed hospital after completing the internship.

12. Executive (HR) (CSR)
