Eligibility Criteria for Gauhati University B.Ed CET 2026
Eligibility criteria for admission to the 2-Year B. Ed. Programme of Gauhati University shall be as follows:
- Candidates who have completed a BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MSc, MCom, or any equivalent degree from a recognised University or Board are eligible to apply. Applicants belonging to the General category must have secured at least 50% marks in their qualifying examination.
- A relaxation of 5% is provided to candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories, who must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks. Students appearing in the final year of their qualifying degree may also submit their applications.
