How to Apply for Dibrugarh University Recruitment
For Post No 1 & 2
A Walk-in-Interview has been scheduled on 02nd June, 2026 (Tuesday) at “Chintan”, the Conference Hall of the Office of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University.
The candidates shall have to register their names by depositing Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) as Registration Fee at the venue 30 (thirty) minutes prior to the scheduled time on the day of Interview. No Registration shall be accepted after 11.30 AM for Post No [1] and after 03.00 PM for Post No. [2].
Candidates must bring all the original and self-attested copies of admit cards, certificates and marksheets from matriculation (10th standard) onwards, in support of their educational qualification and experience with the application in prescribed format which can be obtained from the University website : www.dibru.ac.in ‘Application form for grade III posts’.
For Post No 3
A walk-in-interview will be held on 05/06/2026 (Friday) at 10.30 a.m. onwards in the Bhojraj Seth Conference Hall, office of the Vice Chancellor, Dibrugarh University for some posts of Assistant Professor on contract basis in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University.
Interested candidates having requisite qualification may appear in the interview with copies of bio-data, attested copies of all testimonials, publications and experience certificate (if any) along with the original certificates of qualifications/testimonials for verification. Candidate shall be required to pay an amount of Rupees Five Hundred (Rs. 500/-) only as Registration.

The prescribed form for the above posts can be downloaded from the Dibrugarh University website www.dibru.ac.in. The application form must be submitted to the Registrar, Dibrugarh University along with all the necessary testimonials and Money Receipt/ Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only, drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University payable at Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch (Code 994000), Dibrugarh.
