Canara Bank Recruitment Details

1. Graduate Apprentice

No of Posts: 3500 Posts

No of Posts For Assam: 42 Posts

Salary: The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of Rs 16,650/- per month. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/benefits.

Educational Qualification for Canara Bank Recruitment

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates must have passed their Graduation not earlier than 01.01.2023 and not later than 01.09.2026 (both days inclusive).

Local Language Proficiency: Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the local language test.

For other candidates, the test for knowledge of local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted when the candidate is called for Document Verification by the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged as apprentice.

Physical/ Medical fitness: Engagement of selected Apprentices is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank.

Age Limit for Canara Bank Recruitment

Age: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on the date of reckoning the eligibility i.e., Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1998 and not later than 01.09.2006 (both days inclusive).
