AMSCL Recruitment Details
1. Finance Consultant
No of Posts: 01 Post [OBC]
Salary: Rs. 1,10,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation or related financial functions.
Should have sound knowledge of financial accounting, preparation and scrutiny of financial statements, GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory compliances, audit and financial reporting.
Desirable Experience: Experience in dealing with Health Sector Scheme / Finance in Government Sector
Age Limit: Age upto 60 years as on 01st January,2026.
2. Procurement Expert (Drugs & Supply Chain Management)
No of Posts: 01 Post[UR]
Salary: Rs. 80,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm from a recognized institution. Full time MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management/Pharmaceutical Management/Operations/Logistics/Material Management is required. Computer proficiency-MS Office (word, excel, power point).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, contract management and supply chain management of large-scale procurement of drugs, medicines, vaccines, and medical consumables in the public sector, government organizations, PSU, multilateral agencies, or large healthcare organizations with atleast 5 years experience in a senior managerial position handling pharmaceutical/drug procurement and healthcare supply chain management.
Should have experience in:
- Procurement of drugs, medicines, surgical consumables.
- Public procurement systems, including e-tendering and rate contract mechanisms and execution .
- Handling large value procurement in compliance with Government procurement rules (GFR/CVC guidelines).
- Strong knowledge of drug procurement systems, essential drug list (EDL), and quality assurance frameworks.
- Familiarity with drug quality testing protocols, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical standards (CDSCO norms, where applicable).
Age Limit: Age upto 50 years as on 01st January,2026.
3. Procurement Expert (Equipment & Services)
No of Posts: 01 Post [UR]
Salary: Rs. 80,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/ Medical Electronics from Govt. recognised Institution/ University. Post Graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Healthcare Management, or equivalent) is required.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, contract management, supply chain management, or project management in Government sector / PSU / reputed autonomous bodies / multilateral funded projects / large healthcare organizations with atleast 5 years expereince in a senior managerial position handling procurement of medical equipment, hospital infrastructure, or related services.
Candidate should have experience in :
- Preparation and management of high-value tenders (RFP/EOI/IFB).
- Technical and financial bid evaluation Contract negotiation, award, and performance monitoring
- Procurement planning (PIP) and implementation monitoring.
- Procurement of medical equipment, diagnostic systems, and hospital services AMC/CMC management and lifecycle asset management.
- Installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of medical equipment.
Age Limit: Age upto 50 years as on 01st January,2026.
4. Executive-IT
No of Posts: 01 Post [UR]
Salary: Rs. 42,350/- per month.
Educational Qualification:
- B. Tech. or B.E. (Computer Science or IT)/MCA/M. Sc. (IT or Computer Science) /DOEACC ‘B’ level or equivalent degree from recognized university / Institution with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Office Package (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.)
- Should have experience in setting up of hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
- Well versed knowledge in Installing well-functioning LAN / WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs, etc.)
Age Limit: The candidate should be upto 45 years as on 1st January’2025 (Relaxation in Maximum Age: SC/ST candidates – 5 years , OBC/MOBC candidates – 3 years , PwD candidates – 10 years )
