AMSCL Recruitment Details
1. Senior Finance Controller
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Rs. 1, 10,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Essential Qualification: Retired AFS Officer who were holding a post not below the rank of Financial Advisor/Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance before retirement preferably Senior Financial Advisor/Director Finance. OR
- C.A/I.C.W.A with minimum 12 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in a reputed organization.
- Candidate should be a resident of Assam and have relevant professional experience of working in Assam
- Desirable Experience: Experience in dealing with Health Sector Scheme / Finance in Government Sector.
- Brief Duties: The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Finance Controller shall be governed by the instructions given in Annexure-II of the Delegation of Financial Rules, 1999, Government of Assam.
- Other Conditions:
- The appointment shall be on a Fixed Term Contract basis and is renewable depending on performance and mutual agreement basis.
- Other monetary/non-monetary benefits as per applicable policies of the organization.
Age Limit: The candidate should be upto 65 years as on 1st January 2025 (Relaxation in Maximum Age SC/ST candidates – 5 years, OBC/MOBC candidates – 3 years, PwD candidates – 10 years).
2. Executive(Procurement BME)
No of Posts: 03 Posts
Salary: Rs. 42,350/- per month.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics or Masters Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics from Govt. recognized Institution/University with minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement of Medical equipment in Govt. organization/Semi Govt. Organization. OR
- Diploma in Instrumentation/ Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics from Govt. recognized Institution/ University with minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement of Medical equipment in Govt. organization/Semi Govt. Organization.
- Experience in Procurement through GeM and e-Tender desirable.
- High proficiency in written and oral English.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office (word, excel, power point).

- Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy or Master’s Degree in pharmacy from Govt. recognized Institutions with minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of drugs in Govt. organization / Semi Government Organization. OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. recognized Institution with minimum 5 years of experience in procurement of drugs in Govt. organization / Semi-Government organization.
- Experience in Procurement through Gem and e-Tender is desirable.
- High proficiency in written and oral English.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office (word, excel, power point).

- Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt. recognized Institution with minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control in any Pharmaceutical Company or Drug Testing Laboratory is a must.
- High proficiency in written and oral English.
- Computer proficiency-MS Office (word, excel, power point).
