DSW Kamrup Metro RecruitmentDetails
1. Sakhi Niwas Manager
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Rs.17,500/- per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: Any person having Graduate in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology.
Experience: 03 years supervisory experience in running of such hostels.
Other Criteria: The Manager must live at the hostel and provide overall supervision to ensure smooth functioning of the hostel.
2. Warden
No of Posts: 01 Post
Salary: Rs.17,000/- per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (with proficiency in Computer operations).
Other Criteria: Preference will be given to those who have experience in handling women related laws/policies/ programmes.
3. Caretaker
No of Posts: 03 Posts
Salary: Rs. 8,500/- per month (fixed)
Educational Qualification: Any person having higher Secondary/10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
Experience: 02 years, experience as Caretaker of building and supervision of work of Multi-Tasking Staff or equivalent staff.
4. Security Guard
No of Posts: 03 Posts
Salary: Rs. 8,000/- per month (fixed)
Eligibility Criteria: The services could be outsourced to any person having at least 2 years’ experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the District/State level. He/she should preferably be retired military/para-military personnel.
Age Limit: The candidates must be of minimum 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2026.
