CSB Bodoland Territorial Council, BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment 2019: The Central Selection Board (CSB), Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar invites application from the citizen of India for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant posts lying under the Department of Industries & Commerce and CSB Office, BTC in the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time. The Educational Qualification and other eligibility criteria for the post are as given below. [No.CSB/BTC-74/2019/23]
Department : Industries & Commerce . BTC
(1) Extension Officer (Ind)
(i)No of post : 10(ten) Nos.
(ii)Qualification : 3 yeah Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/ Textile/Computer/Plastic Processing/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Technology from AICTE recognized Institute or MSW or a Degree from recognized University with advanced proficiency Certificate on Computer Applications/ Industrial Management from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
(iii)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019Aelaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per
Govt. norms.

(2) Stenographer Grade-III
(i) No of post : 4(four) Nos.
(ii)Qualification : Must be Graduate from Govt.. recognized University. One must possess Diploma/Certificate in Stenographer
and pass the speed test of 80 WPM in English with knowledge of computer.
(iii)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC / MOBC candidates are as per
Govt. norms.
Department : CSB Office. BTC
(1) Superintendent
(i) No of post : 1(one) No.
(ii)Qualification : Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must render not less than 10 years of service under Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District/Sub-Division/Block office as UDA/Sr.A or equivalent post or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Sr.A.A. The candidates must possess knowledge of computer.
(iii)Age : As per norms fixed by the BTC authority.
(2) Senior Assistant (Jr.A)
(i)No of post : 2(two) Nos.
(ii)Qualification : Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must render not less than 10 years of service under Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District/Sub-Division/Block office as LDA/Jr.A. or equivalent post or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Jr.A.A.
(iii)Age : As per norms fixed by the BTC authority.
(3) Computer Operator
(i) No of post : 2(two) Nos.
(ii)Qualification : Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must possess One Year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application (DOEACC “0”Level or ”A” Level).
(iii)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per
Govt. norms.
(4) Stenographer
(i) No of post : l(one) No.
(h)Qualification : Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must possess Diploma/ Certificate in Stenographer and pass the speed test of 80 WPM in English with knowledge of computer.
(iii)Age : Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per
Govt. norms.
NB: The posts of Superintendent, Sr.A, Computer Operator and Stenograher in CSB Office BTC as mentioned above are newly created post by BTC and these are not regulated under the old pension scheme to the Govt. of Assam.

General Instructions For CSB Bodoland Territorial Council, BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment 2019 :
- How to apply: The eligible candidates willing to apply for the pest as mentioned above may apply by filling up the application form as per ANNEXURE-I of this advertisement.
- Reservation: The reservation will be as per. Sixth Scheduled norms.
- Candidates only from BTC area need to apply.
- Fee All the eligible candidates applying for the post as mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan paid to Kokrajhar Treasury Office or IPO for an amount of Rs. 150/-(Rupees one hundred fifty) only for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for SC/ST candidates. In case of Treasury Challan the challan must be, paid in favour of the Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar payable at Kokrajhar Treasury Office under the Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit. Personal Deposit, BTC. The challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office only will be accepted. And in case of IPO must be paid in favour of the Member Secretary, CSB, KOkrajhar payable at Kokrajhar Head Post Office.
- Photograph: The candidates are to furnish 2(two) copies of recent identical passport size photograph signed across by the candidate alongwith the application.
- Document: The photo copies of all educational certificates from HSLC onwards alongwith other professional/experience, if any need to be furnished. A permanent MAD residential certificate belonging to the General Category candidates issued by VCDC/Municipal Board countersigned by the Revenue Circle Officer concerned and Caste Certificate in case of ST/SC/OBU MOBC is compulsory to proof the residence. The candidate must sign all the photo copies of documents himself/herself as certified to be true copy.
- Examination/Interview: The eligible candidates applying for the above mentioned post will have to appear for an Examination/ Interview at their own cost as and when called for. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose.
- The completed application form duly filled up by the candidates with all testimonials should be submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board (CSB), BTC, Post Office Road, Kokrajhar”
- The last date for submission of application is fixed on 15-03-2019 upto office hours. The envelope containing completed application alongwith testimonials and one self address envelop (size 23cmX10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/-must be superscribed the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelop.
