The Central Selection Board (CSB) Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar invites eligible candidates for appearing in a walk-in-interview for filling up the following categories of posts lying under the Department of Health & Family Welfare Deptt. BTC including Model Hospital in the pay band and Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time. The number of vacancy of posts may likely to increase or decrease subject to the approval of the BTC authority at the time of declaration of final result. The venue, date and time of walk-in-interview are as given below. (A). Name of post : Radiographer

(Venue : At CSB Office. DLR Building, Kokrajhar. Date : 04.12-2017 from 10-00 AM onwards)

i) Number of post : 8(Eight) Nos.

Qualification : HS passed in any stream and Diploma in Radiographer recognized by the Govt.
Age : Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms.

(B).Name of Post :Laboratory Technician

(Venue : At CSB Office, DLR Building, Kokrajhar, Date : 05-12-2017 from 10-00 AM onwards)

i) Number of post :13(thirteen)

Qualification : HS passed in Science and Diploma in Laboratory Technician under Govt. recognized Medical Colleges & Health Institutions.
Age : Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms.

(C).Name of Post : Laboratory Assistant

(Venue : At CSB Office, DLR Building. Kokrajhar, Date: 06-12-2017 from 10-00 AM onwards)

Number of post :3(three) Nos.

Qualification : HS passed in Science and Diploma in Laboratory Technician under Govt. recognized Medical Colleges & Health Institutions.

(D).Name of Post :ANM

(Venue : At CSB Office, DLR Building. Kokrajhar, Date : 7¹% & 8ffi Dee.,2017 from 10-00 AM onwards)

i) Number of post :35 (thirty five) Nos.

Qualification : i)HS passed in any stream. ii) Diploma in ANM under Govt. recognized Training Institutes and registered under Assam Nurse Midwives & HealthVisitor Council.
Age : Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms.

(E).Name of Post : Steno Typist

(Venue : At CSB Office, DLR Building, Kokrajhar, Date : 11-12.2017 from 10-00 AM onwards)

i) Number of post : 1 (One ) Nos.

Qualification : HS passed in any stream and diploma in Stenographer.
Age: Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms.

How to apply :

Eligible candidates willing to appear in the walk-in-interview need to bring all original educational qualification certificates from HSLC onwards. proof certificates of caste. professionals experience etc. if any need to be furnished. The candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/MOBC must furnish photo copy of Caste Certificate issued from the competent authority to proof as the residence of BTC area And the candidates other than ST/SC/OBC/MOBC category must furnish certificate from Municipality for Urban area and Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) certificate duly counter signed by the Circle Officer concerned for rural area to proof the BTC area residential certificate. The candidates are also requested to bring photo copies of each certificate signed by the candidate himself / herself as certified to be true copy and submit all the photo copies to the CSB office on the same day of Walk-in- Interview for office record.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The candidates willing to apply for the post as mentioned above will have to appear for a walk-in-Interview at their own expenses as per venue, date & time mentioned above.
Candidates only from BTC area need to appear / apply.
Reservation will be as per sixth Scheduled norms.
A photo identity card to be produced at the time of interview.
The CSB reserves the right to cancel / withdraw any interviews considering the unavoidable circumstances.
