BTC Health & Family Welfare Deptt, Kokrajhar Recruitment -The Central Selection Board (CSB), Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar invites application from the eligible candidates for filling up the following categories of posts lying under the Department of Health & Family Welfare Deptt, BTC including Model Hospital in the pay band and Grade pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time. The number of vacancy of posts may likely to increase or decrease subject to the approval of the BTC authority at the time of declaration of final result. The number of vacant posts and educational qualification along with other eligibility criteria for the posts are as given below.

BTC Health & Family Welfare Deptt, Kokrajhar Recruitment Post Details:

(A) Name of post: Health Educator

Number of post: 6(Six) Nos

Qualification: Graduate in any stream from any Govt. recognized University.

Age: Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms).

 

(B) Name of Pos: NMA

Number of post: 8 (Eight) Nos.

Qualification: HS passed in any stream.

Age: Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms).

 

(C) Name of Post: Computer

Number of post: 1 (One) No.

Qualification: HS passed in any stream and 1(one) year Diploma in computer.

Age: Minimum 18 years to 43 years (Relaxable to SC/ST candidates as per Govt. norms.

BTC Health & Family Welfare Deptt, Kokrajhar Recruitment General Instructions:

• How to apply: The eligible candidates willing to apply for the posts as mentioned above may apply by filling up the application form as per Annexure-I of this advertisement.
• The candidates who are in Govt/Semi Govt. service or public undertaking or such other similar organization/corporation/Board/Bodies must apply through proper channel and should ensure the receipt of his/her application in the Board’s office within the stipulated date of receipt of applications failing which his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. No advance copy of application shall be treated as valid for determination of eligibility of candidates.
• Candidates from BTC area only need to apply.
• Fee: All the eligible candidates applying for the posts as above need to deposit a Treasury Challan payable at Kokrajhar Treasury only or IPO for an amount of Rs. 150/-(Rupees one hundred fitly) only for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs. 100/ – (Rupees one hundred) only for SC/ST candidates. In case of Treasury Challan the Challan must be paid in favour of Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar, payable at Kokrajhar Treasury only under the ” Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit, Personnel Deposit, BTC”. The Challlan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury only will be accepted. In case of IPO it must be paid in favour of The Member Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar, payable at Kokrajhar Head Post Office, Kokrajhar.
• Photograph : The applicant must furnish 2(two) copies of recent identical passport size photograph signed across by the candidate along with the application.
• Document: Photo copies of Educational qualification certificates from HSLC onwards, professionals/experience etc. if any need to be furnished. The candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/MOBC must furnish photocopy of Caste Certificate issued from the competent authority to proof as the residence of BTC area And the candidates other than ST/SC/OBC/MOBC category must furnish certificate from Municipality for Urban area and Village Council Development Committee (VCDC) certificate duly counter signed by the Circle Officer concerned for rural area to proof the BTC area residential certificate. The candidates must sign all the photo copies of document furnished by him/her as certified to be true copy.
• Examination/Interview: The eligible candidates applying for the above mentioned post will have to appear for an interview at their own cost as and when called for and no TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose.
• Reservation : The reservation will be as per sixth scheduled norms.
• The completed application form duly filled up by the candidates with testimonials should be submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board (CSB), DLR Building, 2^nd Floor, Kokrajhar, BTC. Assam, Pin-783370″
• The last date of receiving application is fixed on 01.12.2017. The envelope containing completed application along with testimonials and one blank window envelope (Size 26 cm x 11 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- must be super scribed the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelop.
• Incomplete application in terms of advertisement and the application received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.
• Canvassing in any form either to the Chairman or Members of the Board is barred otherwise the candidature of the applicant shall be treated as disqualification.
• The Central Selection Board reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any interview if situation so warrants.
