(I) Name of the Post: Head – Credit Risk (Corporate Credit)

Scale: SMG/S– V

Number of Posts: 01

Educational Qualification : The candidate must be minimum graduate from a recognized university. Over and above the said qualification, the candidate must possess minimum one of the following qualifications, as well:

  1. FRM from GARP
  2. PRM from PRMIA
  3. Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics from a reputed Institute/ Govt. Recognized Institute.
  4. 2 years Full Time, MBA or PG Diploma, with specialization in Banking and Finance

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience of working in Credit Domain in a banking / financial institution out of which minimum 5 years in development and maintenance of corporate credit risk model and related analytics.

Age Limit : Min – 35 Yrs Max. – 50 Yrs.

(II) Name of the Post: Head – Enterprise & Operational Risk Management

Scale: SMG/S– V

Number of Posts: 01

Educational Qualification : The candidate must be minimum graduate from a recognized university. Over and above the said qualification, the candidate must possess minimum one of the following qualifications, as well:

  1. FRM from GARP
  2. PRM from PRMIA
  3. Post Graduate in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics from a reputed Institute/ Govt. Recognized Institute.
  4. 2 years Full Time, MBA or PG Diploma, with specialization in Banking and Finance

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience of working in a commercial Bank out of which minimum 4 years in operational risk / enterprise risk domain.

(III) Name of the Post: IT Security

Scale: SMG/S- IV

Educational Qualification : 4 years Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation

 OR

Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications

 OR

Engineering Graduate and minimum One year Diploma in IT / Computer Science from recognised university / Institute

 OR

Post Graduate in Science / Computer Science from recognized University / Institute. CISA / CISSP / CISM certification is mandatory

Desirable : ISO 27001 LA /CEH / CCNA/ CCNA Security Certification

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in IT/IT Security domain, out of which minimum 3 years post CISA/CISSP/CISM certification experience in managing information security in Large Corporate/Company/Govt. Organization/Govt. Dept.

Age Limit : Min – 30 Yrs Max. – 45 Yrs.

(IV) Name of the Post: Treasury – Dealers/ Traders

Scale: MMG/S -III

Number of Posts: 03

Educational Qualification : Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 3 years Post-qualification experience of Trading in Forex and Debt Markets in Banks//Mutual Fund / Investment Banking.

Experience in Treasury function of Bank will be preferable. 

Age Limit : Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 37 Yrs.

(V) Name of the Post: Treasury – Relationship Managers (Forex/Derivatives)

Scale: MMG/S – II

Number of Posts: 02

Educational Qualification : 2 years Full time, M.B.A or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing and Sales from a premier institution.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post-qualification experience as Relationship Manager for Treasury functions/Treasury product sales.

Age Limit : Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 35 Yrs.

(VI) Name of the Post: Treasury – Product Sales

Scale: MMG/S -II

Number of Posts: 20

Educational Qualification : 2 years Full time, M.B.A or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing, preferably from a premier institution.

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of Post-qualification experience in Treasury functions of Banks/Mutual Funds/ Investment Banking. Experience in Treasury function of Bank will be preferable.

Age Limit : Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 35 Yrs.

(VII) Name of the Post: Finance / Credit

Scale: MMG/S -III

Number of Posts: 40

Educational Qualification : CA or ICWA or 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized / approved by Govt.,Govt. bodies / AICTE).

Post Qualification Experience: Post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit (Experience of working in Credit Deptt. in large Banks will be preferable). For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years.

Age Limit : Min – 25 Yrs Max. – 37 Yrs.

(VIII) Name of the Post: Finance / Credit

Scale: MMG/S -II

Educational Qualification : CA or ICWA or 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance. (Courses completed through correspondence / part-time are not eligible. The institute should be recognized / approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE)

(X) Name of the Post: Security

Scale: MMG/S -II

Educational Qualification : Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

Post Qualification Experience: An officer not below the rank of Captain of Indian Army or equivalent rank in India Navy / Air Force, with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service, or an Officer not below the rank of Asst SP/Dy SP/ Asst Comdt/ Dy Comdt of Indian Police / Para Military Forces, with a minimum of 5 years service as an officer in such Force.
