Assam Governor’s Secretariat recruitment 2017: In continuation of this official Notice No.GSA 89/2013/143 dtd. 26.9.2017 published in local news paper, it is hereby informed to the concerned candidates that the result of computer test for recruitment of Junior Administrative Assistants and Computer Operators in the Governor’s Secretariat Assam, conducted by the Assam Electronics Development Corporation Ltd, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-21 held on 28.12.2015, 29.12.2015& 25.7,2017 has been declared and published on the websites http://amtron.in or http://103.8.249.99:8080/rajbhavan_admit  instead of http:// www.assam.gov.in

Important note:

There seems to be some confusion regarding the notice as similar vacancy notification was  published recently by Assam Secretariat  for recruitment of Junior Administrative Assistants and Computer Operators. This is the interview notice for recruitment under Governor’s Secretariat Assam and not under Assam Secretariat. The written examination dates of Assam Secretariat  for recruitment of Junior Administrative Assistants and Computer Operators are not declared yet.

Important notes:

Candidates shortlisted for interview are required visit the official website for downloading and printing of call letters which will be available to download from the website. Other necessary communications will also be sent to candidate’s email address.

• The candidates are requested to bring the Call Letter for appearing in the Oral Interview. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Oral Interview without Secretariat Assam Admit Call Letter.
•  All the original testimonials must be produced by shortlisted candidates before the Interview Board.
•  No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing in the Oral interview
